Let’s go’lah is an independent, privately-run online events calendar dedicated to live entertainment, cultural happenings, exhibitions, concerts, and more across Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
The Kuala Lumpur metropolitan region (including Petaling Jaya and the wider Klang Valley) is Malaysia’s vibrant economic and cultural heart. It attracts tens of millions of visitors annually through a powerful mix of international and domestic tourism. Recent years have seen strong recovery and growth in tourism, with Kuala Lumpur itself welcoming over 27 million domestic visitors in 2024, alongside 17.5 million international arrivals with KL as the primary gateway and destination.
Kuala Lumpur has a population of approximately 2.08 million (based on the latest available 2024 estimates), while Petaling Jaya — its dynamic neighbouring satellite city — is home to around 808,000 residents (as estimated by the Petaling Jaya City Council in January 2024, with continued modest growth).
Launched in 2026, Let’s go’lah was born from a simple observation: despite the region’s huge population, constant energy, and endless stream of events, there was no truly comprehensive, user-friendly online calendar covering all venues and event types in KL and PJ.
We’re here to change that — making it easier for locals and visitors alike to discover and enjoy everything this exciting metropolis has to offer.
